Life's heaviest moments deserve skilled support - that’s where I come in. You don't have to carry this alone.
Rochelle Andrew, Registered Psychotherapist
Perhaps you're struggling with complex challenges that life has thrown at you - let's talk. Together we can create a space where your experiences are deeply understood and your path forward feels clearer. I trust that you are the expert in your life and I know from experience that we all need some support to get there. That’s where I come in.
"I believe in the transformative power of love, of dreaming, and of the quiet, consistent work of showing up." Adrienne Maree Brown in Emergent Strategy: Shaping Change, Changing Worlds.
Hi, I’m Rochelle.
I’ve been on quite a journey in my life so far. Perhaps you can relate. Getting outside with the trees is one of the ways I stay connected to myself and nature. What ways work for you? If you aren’t sure yet, let’s explore that.
I’ve always been fascinated by people and the systems we create, both on a personal and global level. My interest in how our minds work was solidified when I was 13 years old. I picked up my first psychology textbook from the local library’s used book sale and this started me on the winding path that has gotten me here. While I love reading, I’ve found that the most important lessons I learn come directly from being with people. There’s just no substitute for that.
I work with clients who want a down-to-earth therapist with a scientific understanding of the brain and nervous system. I know very well that life can be so tough and also so beautiful. It’s this lived experience that also fuels my belief in the incredible healing potential we all possess.
Outside of my office, some common places you will find me include: growing vegetables in gardens, taking a course on something new, adventuring outdoors with my friends, or traveling to new places."

Whether you are ready to start or just curious, reach out for a free consult to chat with me and learn more about what is possible.

Here is a poem I love, for you to enjoy, because we can all use a good poem.
Hope has holes
in its pockets.
It leaves little
crumb trails
so that we,
when anxious,
can follow it.
Hope’s secret:
it doesn’t know
the destination–
it knows only
that all roads
begin with one
foot in front
of the other.
